Where do you ship to within the UK?
We currently offer standard and express shipping to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands.

Yes, the majority of our fruit infusions and coffee syrups are vegan-friendly. Please check the individual product pages for specific allergen information.
How should I store my infusions once opened?
To maintain peak freshness, we recommend storing your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 months.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food or drink products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do your products contain artificial colours or flavours?
We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients. Most of our range is made with real fruit extracts and no artificial colours or sweeteners.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.
